Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using Moonlog (오늘달, "the App"), made by Oneuldal Studio ("the Studio"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the App.
1. Rights in the App
Copyrights and trademarks in the App and its images, text and sounds belong to the Studio or the original rights holders. You may not copy, modify or distribute the App or any part of it without permission, extract its source code, or build another app by changing it.
2. Content you create
The to-dos, routines, memos and photos you create in the App belong to you. They are stored only on your device and in your own backup storage, and the Studio cannot see them.
This means your content can be lost if you lose your device or delete the App. We recommend backing up anything important.
3. Free and paid features
The App is free to use and shows ads while you use it for free. If you buy a monthly subscription or a lifetime pass, ads disappear and you can use paid features such as more decorations and automatic sync.
Prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the store. If paid features or prices change, we will tell you clearly in advance.
4. Subscriptions and refunds
- The monthly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the next billing date.
- You can cancel in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store. Deleting the App does not cancel it.
- Refunds follow the refund policy of the store you bought from (Google Play or the App Store).
5. Promo codes and invitations
Benefits from promo codes or invitations let you use paid features for a set period. Codes may not be sold or transferred, and benefits may be revoked if misuse is found.
6. Your responsibilities
- Please keep your device and account secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which weakens its security and may stop the App from working properly.
- Some features need an internet connection. Outside Wi-Fi, your carrier may charge data or roaming fees, which you are responsible for.
- The Studio is not responsible if you can't use the App because your battery runs out or you have no internet connection.
7. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as Google Play services, Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Google Drive and iCloud. Each follows its own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Studio works to keep the App accurate and working well, but does not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Except in cases of the Studio's intent or gross negligence, the Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Updates and ending the service
The Studio may update the App, and you may need to install updates to keep using it. We do not guarantee the App will keep working on every operating system version.
If we need to stop running the App, we will announce it in advance in the App or on our website. When the service ends, the rights granted under these terms end as well.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this document and its last updated date. Important changes will also be noted in the App's update notes.
