Oneuldal Studio ("we") explains below what information this website handles. Each app's own privacy policy is available on its app page.
1. What the Q&A board stores
- Nickname, post content, attached photos (up to 3), whether the post is private, and the language and time of posting
- Photos are shown just like the post: anyone can see photos in public posts, and only people with the password can see photos in private posts. Please make sure no personal info is visible in your photos.
- Your password is never stored as is. We keep only an irreversible value derived from it, used solely to check opening or deleting your post.
- We do not collect names, phone numbers or email addresses. Please don't include them in your posts.
2. What account deletion requests collect
- App name, the email you signed in with, sign-in method (Google or Apple), your message, and the language and time of the request
- Used only to send a confirmation email, find and delete your account, and let you know by email.
- Unconfirmed requests and requests we have finished handling are deleted automatically after 30 days.
3. What the contact form collects
- Your reply email, your message, the app you chose, and the language and time you sent it
- Used only to reply to you. It is forwarded to our studio email and stored in our admin page.
- Inquiries we have answered are deleted automatically after one year.
4. How we use it
Only to answer questions and inquiries, run the board and handle account deletion requests. We never use it for advertising or marketing.
5. Retention and deletion
Posts and photos are kept until you delete them with your password or we delete them. Posts you delete disappear from the page immediately and are permanently removed from storage after we review them. If you forgot your password, please email us.
6. Service providers
- This website, board posts, account deletion requests and inquiries are hosted and stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Seoul).
- Emails for inquiries and account deletion requests are sent and received through Gmail (Google).
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may pass connection information such as your IP address to Google.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visitors. It uses no cookies and does not identify you. It collects only information such as the page address, where you came from, browser and device type, and country, which we view only as overall statistics.
7. What stays in your browser
Only the language you chose and your background music settings (playing or not, track, volume) are remembered in your browser's storage. We use no cookies.
