This page explains how to delete your Moonlog account and its data. Moonlog is operated by Oneuldal Studio ("we").
1. Delete in the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the App. Your account is deleted right away.
2. Request without the app
If you no longer have the App, enter the email of the Google or Apple account you signed in with below. We'll send a confirmation email to that address. Once you confirm through its link, we'll delete your account promptly and let you know by email.
3. What we delete
- Sign-in info: email, name and profile photo URL
- The refresh token and Google email used for the Google Drive connection
4. What remains
- Purchase and code records: kept for 5 years after account deletion to handle refunds and disputes and to comply with e-commerce laws, then deleted.
- Content on your device and backups: these are not on our servers, so please delete them yourself. Content on your device is removed when you delete the App. Delete Google Drive backups in Drive settings → Manage apps → Moonlog → Delete hidden app data, and iCloud backups in your iPhone's iCloud storage settings.
