The Dice Is Cast

This document is a translation of the Korean original. If there is any difference in meaning, the Korean original prevails.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Oneuldal Studio ("we") develops and operates The Dice Is Cast ("the app"). This document explains what information the app handles.

1. We do not collect personal information

The app has no account and no login.

Your settings — number of dice and highest number, text size, sound and vibration — and your game progress (which stages you have cleared) are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. They are removed when you uninstall the app.

The numbers you roll are generated on your device and are neither stored nor transmitted.

2. Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. It shows three kinds of ads:

To serve ads, Google may collect and use device identifiers (advertising ID), device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This information is handled by Google; we cannot access it. What we see in AdMob is aggregate figures such as how many times an ad was shown.

We require Google to handle this information with protections equivalent to those described in this policy.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

On iOS the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before showing ads for the first time. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized ads only if you allow it; if you don't, the app and its ads work the same. You can change your answer anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

European Economic Area and the UK

In these regions the app asks for your consent before showing ads. It asks the first time an ad is needed (in a game); if you only use the dice roller, it does not ask. After answering you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Info → Ad settings inside the app.

3. Children

The app is not primarily directed at children.

4. Permissions the app requests

The app requests no special permissions. Only internet access for loading ads and, on Android, permission to use the advertising ID are included with the ad SDK.

The app does not access location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

5. Sharing with third parties

We collect no personal information, so we share none. The only third-party service embedded in the app is Google AdMob, described above.

6. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes all settings and game progress stored on your device. No request to us is necessary.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this document and its "last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
