Oneuldal Studio ("we") develops and operates Ppokkuk Alarm ("the app"). This document explains what information the app handles.
1. We do not collect personal information
The app has no account and no login. We run no server for it.
Your settings — alarm times, weekdays, missions, difficulty — are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. They are removed when you uninstall the app.
Alarms are raised by your device itself. Nothing is exchanged with the outside world to ring them.
2. Premium subscription
Alarms and the Follow Ppokkuk mission on Easy are free. Other missions are unlocked with a Premium subscription.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or see your name, email address, or card details.
We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to check whether your subscription is active. To do this, RevenueCat handles:
- A random anonymous ID created by the app (it is not linked to your name or account)
- Purchase records: which product was bought, when, in which currency and at what price, and the store's transaction ID
- Device type, operating system and app version, and country
What we see in RevenueCat is that anonymous ID, the purchase records, and aggregate figures. We cannot tell who you are from this information.
- RevenueCat Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
You can cancel or request a refund through your store.
- iOS: Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Update check
To let you know when a new version is out, the app asks the App Store or Google Play for its latest version. All it sends is the app's identifier (bundle ID) and your country.
4. Children
The app is not primarily directed at children. It shows no ads and collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
5. Permissions the app requests
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| Alarms (iOS) | To ring at the set time, even on the lock screen |
| Notifications (Android) | To show that an alarm is ringing |
| Alarms & reminders (exact alarms) (Android) | So alarms ring exactly on time |
| Full-screen notifications (Android) | To show the alarm screen over the lock screen |
| Receive boot completed (Android) | So alarms survive a device restart |
| Vibration, keep screen awake, sound playback service (Android) | To keep sound and vibration going while an alarm rings |
The app does not access location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
6. Sharing with third parties
We collect no personal information, so we share none. The only third-party services embedded in the app are RevenueCat, described above, plus Apple and Google, which process payments. The app contains no ads.
7. Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes all settings stored on your device.
Purchase records kept by RevenueCat are linked only to an anonymous ID, so we cannot tell whose they are. If you would like them deleted, contact us below and include your store receipt details; we will find and delete them.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this document and its "last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
